- I'm a Performance Enhancement Coach, based in Kuching, Sarawak, where I own and operate Studio 23. I am a certified Fizfit Core Strength coach, a Trainer in the Crazy Monkey Defense (CMD) Programme and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Adam Kayoom. I am also a Certified Kettlebell Trainer under the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation.
