I just got back from Kota Kinabalu, where Vince, Raj and myself were visiting the guys at BJJ Borneo. It was a pretty cool experience; it was my first trip to Sabah and everyone treated us really well. We also paid a visit to some of Vince's Karate buddies and I helped out with their first BJJ class.
As far as BJJ itself goes, I was really impressed with the improvements that a couple of the BJJ Borneo guys made to their game. It was very good to see and I had a lot of fun. In particular, it was cool rolling with Allen. It would have been nice to get one or two more rolls in but I'll get the chance in April, when John Will is dropping by to conduct a seminar at KDT.
